Our Leadership Philosophy
Management as a Profession
Leaders are responsible for setting the conditions for success. Leading and/or managing others, when done well, requires a specific set of skills , systems and strategies. In our opinion, it is best treated as a distinct profession from the industry that one is operating within.
Relationships
Sustainable results are delivered through strong working relationships. We do not subscribe to the popular notion that these elements are in competition with one another.
Continuous Development
A sense of self-awareness and willingness to change is absolutely critical for the long-term success of a leader. It is one of the very few requirement that we have of our coaching clients.
Autonomy
Teams are most effective when each individual has the freedom to operate with their full creativity, strengths and perspective. We encourage leaders to operate in a manner that prevents their egos from interfering with the work of the team.
Diverse Perspectives
Diverse perspectives provide teams with a competitive advantage. Team with a broader range of perspectives are better at driving innovation and creative problem solving.
